Part Time Customer Service Officer

Job Type: Part time
Salary: £12,500 per annum, pro-rata

Job Description

You will be meet and greet customers, dealing with their queries and concerns and providing to help they need. You will either offer the appropriate product or service by yourself or introduce the customer to a colleague who will be able to advise them further. You will answer any customer concerns of about either new quotation or existing projects. Each week, we'll expect you to generate a minimum number of orders and handle a quota of customer queries.

Personal specification

Essentially, you will: be the first point of contact for customers via telephone or instant messager. Pursue potential sales leads. Update both customer files and your diary after each action. Action email correspondence where necessary.

Language skills

Due to the high volume of our customers are from various backgrounds, you must fluent at one of the following languges apart from English:
Cantonese
Mandarin
Japanese
Hindu
Arabic
